Review draft — do not accept paid enrollments until B-tech has approved a complete policy with local professional advice.
Course payments
The policy must state eligibility, deadlines, exclusions, request steps and refund processing times. Contact B-tech before payment if these terms have not been confirmed.
Project payments
Cancellation and refund terms should be stated in the accepted quotation.
Processing
The administration system records a refund only after a real refund has been verified. Access to the refunded course and its certificate is then revoked.
